Transfer Student Admission Application
Intended students can download the Application Form, fill in the Form and then submit the completed Form and related documents to our school.
Application Guideline
- After completing the Application Form, please submit BY HAND with the following documents:
- Copies of Report Cards of the past two years
- A stamped self-addressed envelope
Form Collection Time:
- School Days : 7:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Non-School Days : 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday : 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon
- Public Holidays : Closed
- Applicant should bring along the following documents for verification:
- Completed Application Form
- Hong Kong birth certificate or Hong Kong identity card of the applicant
- Original Report Cards of the past two years
- A stamped self-addressed envelope with the name of applicant written on it
- We will proceed your application once receive all necessary documents. Applicant will be notified the result via phone call.
